We utilize a variety of vending machine styles selected based on the property and install location. The bulk of our machines are the smart market style manufactured by our vending partner micromart with door that opens entirely giving customers full access to products, however, we do place traditional vending machines at locations unsuitable for the smart market. Outdoor locations like construction sites, parking garages, etc. require a more traditional machine that can withstand the elements. Also, our sister company, ProVisions After Dark, focuses on nightlife vending by placing machines in locations like bars and nightclubs. Please contact for more info if you'd like a machine placed in your nightlife focused location.
No! There is ZERO cost to the location and we handle everything once machine is installed including all restocking, maintenance, and customer service. No length of service contracts required so machine may be removed at any time upon request. All we need is permission to install the machine and a location to place the unit with public access, proper clearance and access to power.
We are currently placing machines in the greater Orlando area, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Jacksonville. We will be entering the Miami market at the start of 2027 so stay tuned for more information.
Depending on the location, we typically begin with installing one machine then bring in additional units once the sales data for the location backs up the need for a larger smart store. Additional units can be installed right next to the original unit or in a different area entirely depending on the location.
We create custom magnetic wraps that are easily affixed and removed from the machines. We work with the location to create a custom design that best showcases the look that particular location desires. Custom enclosures are available for smart markets with a configuration of two or more machines sitting side by side. The enclosure will envelope the machines to create continuity and are available in the appearance of a dark and light wood with either 90 degree angle or rounded top corners.
There is a cost associated with a custom magnetic wrap however, the cost is covered 100% by ProVisions Vending once a machine has reached $15,000 in gross sales. Wooden enclosure cost will be 100% covered once gross sales reach $20,000 per unit. e.g. 2 unit smart markets must accumulate $40K in gross sales, 3 unit markets must reach $60K in gross sales, and so on.
A single smart market machine is 79" tall, 30" wide, and 38" deep and requires 1" of clearance from wall in back + 1" on each side. Double or triple these dimensions for a dual and triple smart market setup and add 8" to width if an enclosure is installed. Traditional machines come in many different sizes and can be selected based on space allowance at location.
Yes, the machine requires internet connection for credit card processing. If your property is not equipped with internet at the location the machine will be installed we can provide a wi-fi hub to get it up and running.
Product selection in each machine is thoughtfully curated based on the type, vibe, and activity of the location. We accomplish this by utilizing a blend of input from the location, our own human nature, industry experience, and insight gained from our custom AI sales data analysis system. The more sales data we have the easier it is to determine what your customer base wants. Items like water, soda, energy drinks, chips, and candy will be available in every machine and some items are always stocked in certain location types. Some examples of this would be:
We encourage input from the location as well to match the vibe they're going for (e.g. modern, progressive apartments may prefer to stock more local or healthy options).
Most machines require a weekly or bi-weekly restock however, restock frequency is dependent on each location and type of machine installed. All smart markets collect sales data and report when restocks are required. All traditional machines are manually inspected and restocked weekly at a minimum and location may request a restock at any time if inventory is low.
Upon preauthorization of a valid credit/debit card or tap to pay platform (e.g. Apple Pay), the door to the machine unlocks and can be opened giving full access to contents. AI powered sensors inside the machine track what has been removed. Once the door is closed, the credit card that was used to unlock the door will be charged.
Items offered for sale are preregistered in our system with images of their unique packaging. The smart market uses multiple inward-facing AI-powered visual sensors to recognize what items are taken out based on the packaging images. The sensors are smart enough to know if customers put something back on the shelf and they will not be charged for these items. Customers are only charged for items taken out after the door is closed, which ends the transaction.
The micromart machines have a transaction accuracy rate of 99.5%. This statistic isn't solely for machines owned by ProVisions Vending. It includes every machine produced by micromart that's actively being used.
Smart market machines accept digital payments only in the form of any credit/debit card (no gift cards) or tap to pay method. Traditional machines accept these same digital payment methods and are equipped with bill and coin acceptors allowing customers to pay with cash.
New smart market customers will enter their mobile number during 1st transaction to receive an SMS with a link to their receipt after closing the door. Traditional machines do not offer a receipt for purchases.
