ABOUT PROVISIONS VENDING
There is absolutely ZERO COST to have a smart store installed at your property and no length of service commitment is required. We will relocate or remove the machine at any time upon request. We carry liability insurance for each location with the property owner additionally insured. The only requirement is a suitable space of your choice with access to power.
Customer preauthorizes a credit/debit card or digital wallet. Upon approval, the door unlocks giving full access to contents. Prices appear on digital tags and customer removes items they wish to purchase. Machine is equipped with cameras and sensors to detect removed items. ProVisions Vending handles every aspect so your team doesn't have to lift a finger. We take care of installation, maintenance, restocking inventory, manage system updates, and anything else that arises. At 99.5% transaction accuracy, customer issues are almost nonexistent but will be handled by our team within 24 hours should one occur. You simply enjoy the added convenience and amenity at your property.
Product selection is individually curated for the type, vibe, and activities of the location. We utilize location input, experience, human nature, and insight from our custom AI sales data analyzer. Our machines aren't limited by internal vend mechanisms and come in fridge, freezer, & ambient variations providing flexibility to stock almost anything to meet the needs and enhance the experience of each location's customer base.
Custom wraps and enclosures are available to maintain continuity with your property's theme and showcase your brand. Custom wraps are magnetic and easily removed or swapped. Wooden enclosures are available for 2+ machine configurations and metal signage across the top is customizable. Each machine features an LCD screen to display product specials and we create custom graphics/videos for anything your location would like to display.

Each machine is equipped with an LCD video screen to promote vending specials and anything the location would like to display. We work with the property manager/owner to create custom videos for each location. The screen also displays live instructions during a transaction.

Our machines come in refrigerator, freezer, or ambient styles depending on the inventory of the location. These options, along with no internal vend mechanism spec restrictions, allow ultimate flexibility on the items that can be sold in our smart stores.

Digital Price Tags
The price of each item is displayed on a digital price tag affixed to the shelf under the item. If an item is on sale the tag turns red to highlight said product. Prices can be updated remotely with no physical imposition on the location's day-to-day activities.
